• Question: Would a helium balloon rise faster in air or in water?

      If the balloon didn’t pop due to the sheer pressure underwater, perhaps it would have been faster in water… Yet, this question can’t be really answer as it is a complicated problem and the answer can change easily – you have to consider different things such as temperature, pressure, and salinity because these factors change density and thus the results!
