      Yes, and no. It takes a LONG time to train, with lots of studying and work placements. I have worked in many different services; sometimes I have really loved my job, and sometimes it has been very difficult. There is not as much funding as there used to be, and so there are not as many staff per service as there really should be. Demand is high, so it can be demoralising when you have long waiting list and lots of people in need. When you work with someone who turns their life around, it’s really rewarding!
